How it all began
Well I weighed in on Saturday and wasn't to happy with the starting weight, but that is what this project is for, right? I started by heading to the grocery store and buying fruits and veggies to help me make better eating decisions. However this weekend I was out of town like Robin in College Station so there was lots of eating out, which means I probably didn't make the greatest decisions considering our goal of 10% in 10 weeks. I am back at home now and ready to make some much needed healthy improvements to my lifestyle. Step one make better eating choices, step two walk Joe Joe (my cocker spaniel) daily, step three get some much needed exercise into my life as a daily routine. As the weeks go by I hope to be able to tell you the progress I have been making regarding those three steps. I hope that more times than not the progress is beneficial to my health and our goal, but even if it isn't I will keep you informed to help me get right back on track. So wish me luck, because there is no holding back now.
